Acceptance of terms
By creating a ZiadaPOS account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using ZiadaPOS on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use ZiadaPOS to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach our security, reverse engineer the service, or resell access without written permission.
Intellectual property
ZiadaPOS retains all rights to the platform, brand and software. You retain full ownership of the content and data you upload to your workspace.
Limitation of liability
ZiadaPOS is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
